Mirvac’s Yarra’s Edge Tower 6 is located in the Docklands consists of 205 residential lots and includes a 40 story tower as well as 5 levels of podium. The podium building consists of terrace style apartments as well as retail, cafes, carpark and a gymnasium while the tower consists of upmarket residential apartments. Ellis were engaged to provide the heating, cooling & ventilation systems to the building. The air conditioning is a mix of air cooled split units serving the podium apartments and water sourced package units serving the tower apartments.
