The 570 Bourke Street Office Redevelopment will see an additional 15,550m2 of Grade A office space added to the existing 35,000m2 building by adding an 11 Story Podium taking the building out to the street frontage on the North and South.  The existing office floorplate from Levels 2 to 11 will be encompassed in the new podium extending the NLA on these floors to 2,700m2 which is one of Melbourne’s largest office NLA floorplates.  The new extension also aims to continue the Building owner, Charter Hall’s, push to lift the building’s NABERS rating from 2.5 stars to 4.5 stars.
