(VIC) Frankston Hospital – Teaching & Learning Building

The Frankston Hospital – New Education & Research Centre is a multi-purpose development that is located adjacent to
the Frankston Hospital. The building incorporates teaching, learning and office spaces. The building comprises 3 levels
(levels 2, 3 and 4). The existing base building chilled water system (located in the adjacent engineering building plant
room) will be utilized to serve the new building. Contractor is to survey site & make themselves aware of all latent
conditions on site. Services indicated in this specification and on the mechanical services drawings show general design
intent. Contractor to determine exact location of existing and proposed services to entail a complete and
comprehensive design, including routing of services & co-ordinate with all other trades etc. Contractor to review the
Peninsula Health Design Standards; Volume 6: Mechanical HVAC Systems Final V02 and Standardisation Document
Building Management and Control System Rev.04 as these documents form part of this specification and scope of
works
