The proposed development will be a Mixed-Use Precinct mainly consisting of Build to Rent residential apartments and a
retail precinct on the ground level.
The residential component of the project comprising 437 apartments and associated carparking and amenities. For
completeness we note that the retail component includes a tenancy mix of;
-Large box retailer
– Convenience / food
– Health, beauty and lifestyle
– Showroom, antiques and home wares
The stage 2 development must be fully integrated with the Stage 1 systems.
Note that the Retail and Residential portions of this development are separate title and as such, cross connection of
services is not permitted. Each shall be treated as separate titles.
