The 300 George St Project will, once complete, consist of a 6 Level underground Carpark, 3 story Podium spanning an entire City block with Retail Tenancies and food outlets, a 39 level Commercial Office Building, an 82 level Residential Tower and a 32 level 5-star Hotel. This iconic project will certainly change the Brisbane city landscape and is the largest CBD mixed use development within Brisbane to date. Ellis Air Conditioning have been engaged to carry out Stage 1 of the Project which consists of the Carpark floors, some podium works, the Central Energy Plant for the development and the Cold Shell Fitout of the Hotel Building.
